1 mug nescafe 3 in 1 campur 2 sudu milo
3 keping jacob

Dinner ( 6.30pm)
1 bj epal
4 keping tauhu sumbat ( lapar gila)
1 cup bihun
1/2 biji cucur udang
workout
70 minit crosstrainer - 700 plus kalori
10 minit treadmil - 50 kalori ( jalan slow je )
buat weigh sekejap je. x sampai 5 minit pun..
